(<a href=\"https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/en\/?p=14031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to read the previous post.<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is the sixth installment of the series,<\/p>\n<h2>Stopover in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/h2>\n<p>The following is a report on the<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Dubrovnik 4 days and 3 nights in Dubrovnik is over and we will follow the northbound route by turning around and heading north.<\/p>\n<p>We all boarded a bus around 17:00 in the evening to the neighboring country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-14231\" src=\"https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4421-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4421-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4421-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4421-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4421.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" data-no-auto-translation=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mostar is a small town in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located on the Balkan Peninsula.<\/p>\n<p>The city has an oriental atmosphere that one would not expect to find in Europe, and due to its historical and geographical background, Muslims and Catholics have coexisted here since ancient times.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Croatia's \"War of Independence\" against the former Yugoslavia in 1991-95.<\/p>\n<p>I think it is fresh in my mind that it was reported in the news at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Only 20 years have passed since then.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In Dubrovnik, which was severely damaged, the city has been reconstructed into a beautiful town, although only the materials from that time remain,<\/p>\n<p>I did not have the opportunity to see the scars of war,<\/p>\n<p>Here, for the first time, we see raw wounds that have not yet disappeared.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-14233\" src=\"https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4429-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4429-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4429-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4429-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fujimori.tokyo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/IMG_4429.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" data-no-auto-translation=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A wall of a house that has been hit by a frightening amount of bullets.
