These bowl-shaped earrings encompass a 4mm shiny Akoya pearl.
Each bowl is individually hand-carved by a craftsman.
We just got the photos of the production in progress.
The carving is made by carving the Western tagane evenly gejige gejige toward the center.
In Adan we call them parabolic earrings...
Because it resembles a parabolic antenna.
Simple, but different and warm.
It would be interesting to use different materials, or to use other stones such as coral for the center pearl.
