Whether entrusting us as a long-established Japanese workshop, creating a bespoke piece with your own diamond, selecting from our original collection, or bringing a unique design to life—your vision can be beautifully realized through our online service.
Here, we’ll walk you through the process—from your initial inquiry via email or WhatsApp to the completion and delivery of your jewelry.
1. Drop An Inquiry
- Get in touch with us by email or WhatsApp.
- Simply share a few details about the jewelry you have in mind.
- Share your preferred design, materials (such as platinum or 18K gold), gemstones, and your desired timeline via email in advance.
For example:
- I want to have my wedding rings made at a Japanese workshop.
- I want to remake jewelry using my own diamonds.
- I want to purchase Fujimori Tokyo's existing collection.
- I want to create a one-of-a-kind, custom made design.
2. Online or Email Consultation
- Once everything’s set, we’ll meet online via Google Meet.
- We can accommodate time differences. Consultations are available in both Japanese and English, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Get Your Estimate & Design Draft (Free of Charge | Around 2 Weeks)
- Based on the consultation, we will prepare a detailed quotation.
- Design renderings can also be provided if needed.
- Revisions and adjustments can be made until you are completely satisfied.
4. Order Confirmation & Payment
- After confirming the design and quotation and receiving your approval, we will move on to processing.
- Our secure online payment system allows you to pay safely from anywhere in the world.
- Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll start crafting your piece.
5. Production (About 2 Months)
- Each piece is carefully handcrafted by our artisans.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the design and specifications, but typically take around two months.
6. Completion & Delivery
- You may choose to pick up your jewelry at our boutique or have it shipped overseas via FedEx.
- For in-store pickups, tax-exemption is also available. Please consult us for details.
- For international delivery, we will provide a tracking number for your parcel.
- Please note: For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are to be borne by the customer.

This service features a selection of our popular forged designs, with wedding rings completed in as little as one week. Even for customers visiting from overseas on a short stay, it is possible to finalize the design during your consultation and receive your rings before your departure.
