In response to requests from customers living overseas, we are pleased to introduce our online custom-made consultation service.
Of course, customers residing in Japan are also welcome to use this service.
By discussing your preferences in advance via video call, we can prepare everything ahead of time—so when you arrive in Japan, your ideal ring will be ready to be delivered to you smoothly.
1. What an Online Consultation Makes Possible
Inside the online consultation experience
During the online consultation, our designers will carefully listen to your preferences—just as they would during an in-store visit.
- Design Consultation: Explore and discuss ring designs with us during a video call.
- Materials & Customization: Choose your preferred materials—such as 18k gold or platinum—as well as ring width and other details.
- Tax-Free Pickup in Japan: We can begin production in advance and schedule a tax-free pickup at our atelier during your stay in Japan.
- International Shipping Support: Even if you don’t plan to visit Japan, we can assist with overseas shipping via FedEx.
2. Time Zone–Friendly Appointment Slots

To ensure you can join comfortably from anywhere in the world, we offer dedicated appointment slots at 10:30 and 16:00 (Japan Standard Time).

- For customers in North America: 10:30 JST (the previous day’s late afternoon to evening) is a convenient option.

3. From Online Consultation to Your Jewelry Pickup
Flow from consultation to completion
- Web Reservation: Please select “Online Consultation” from the booking form on our official website.
- Video Call: We’ll use Google Meet to discuss the design, sizing, and delivery timeline.
- Payment: Once the design details are finalized and you’re happy with the quote, full payment can be made online. Credit cards and other payment methods are accepted. Payment will be at tax-free prices.
- Crafting: Our artisans will carefully create your piece at our atelier in Tokyo.
- Collection: Visit our store during your trip to Japan to receive your piece. We’ll complete the tax-free procedure, so please remember to bring your passport.
4. Language Support & Reservations

- English Support Available: While our staff may not always be native English speakers, we will guide you with care and attention. Support in Chinese and Italian may also be available on certain days—please feel free to contact us if you have a preference.
- Use of Translation Tools: When needed, we make use of translation apps to carefully confirm every detail, ensuring clear communication throughout the design process.
