PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY

After finalizing your design, a deposit of ¥50,000 will be collected when placing your order. The remaining balance is payable in full upon delivery of your completed piece.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or PayPay. Orders from overseas or distant locations can also be completed via online payment.

How Our Custom-Made Process Works

Reservations & Visits

We warmly invite you to visit or get in touch with us. To ensure a relaxed and personalized experience, we recommend reserving your visit in advance—either online through our website or by phone at 03-3418-7008.

Step 1

Consultation

When you visit, we take the time to hear your wishes and inspirations. Together, we explore design possibilities, offering the insights and expertise unique to a specialty atelier. While considering your budget, we shape a vision that brings your jewelry dreams to life.
Step 2

Design Drafts

After your consultation, once your design vision is finalized, we take about 10 days to craft a detailed design sketch and prepare a corresponding estimate.
Both the design sketch and the estimate are provided at no charge, allowing you to explore your ideas with confidence.
Step 3

Jewelry Making

Once your design is finalized, our skilled artisans will handcraft your piece over the course of 1–2 months. Every stage of production is completed in-house at our atelier, ensuring meticulous care and attention to detail. If you have a specific timeline in mind, please let us know—we will do our utmost to accommodate your schedule.
Step 4

Completion & Delivery

Your custom piece will be completed about two months after your initial visit. Following a personal fitting, we present your jewelry in our original jewelry case.
Step 5

After-sales services

We are committed to caring for your jewelry for a lifetime, providing expert maintenance, including repairs and surface refinishing. Initial services such as the first resizing or repairs for loose stones are provided free of charge, ensuring peace of mind and continued enjoyment of your treasured pieces.
Step 6

After-sales services

Our engraving on your jewelry is a mark of our lifelong commitment to after-sales service.

We provide warranties and aftercare so you can enjoy your precious jewelry with peace of mind for a lifetime.

If you require after-sales service, please bring the jewelry itself to us as is.

The service typically takes about three weeks, and all work is handled by our in-house artisans.

Depending on the type of repair, a quote will be provided, and charges may apply.

Over time, oils and dust can dull your jewelry’s sparkle. Bring it to our store, and in about 10 minutes, we’ll restore its brilliance and return it to you immediately.
