PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY

After finalizing your design, a deposit of ¥50,000 will be collected when placing your order. The remaining balance is payable in full upon delivery of your completed piece.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or PayPay. Orders from overseas or distant locations can also be completed via online payment.

How Our Custom-Made Process Works

Reservations & Visits

First of all, please feel free to visit our store or contact us for more information. We ask that you make an online reservation on our website or call us at 03-3418-7008 to make an appointment so that you can take your time and consider your options. Click here for online reservation
Step 1

Consultation

When you visit, we take the time to hear your wishes and inspirations. Together, we explore design possibilities, offering the insights and expertise unique to a specialty atelier. While considering your budget, we shape a vision that brings your jewelry dreams to life.
Step 2

Design Drafts

Once the image of the design is determined in the consultation, we will take about two weeks to create a design drawing and provide a quotation. We will create a design drawing and estimate for you free of charge.
Step 3

Jewelry Making

Once the design is finalized, it will take about 1-2 months to complete, After the design is decided, it will be handmade by our craftsmen in about 1 to 2 months. All the processes are done in our atelier, If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Step 4

Completion & Delivery

It takes about 2-3 months from your first visit. The jewelry will be delivered in an original jewelry box. In addition to in-store visits, we can also ship the jewelry to you for pickup.
Step 5

After-sales services

We take full responsibility for the aftercare of jewelry after it has been handed over to the customer for many years. We also offer free first-time resizing services, so you don't have to worry even if you are unsure of your size.
Step 6

After-sales services

Our engraving on your jewelry is a mark of our lifelong commitment to after-sales service.

We provide warranties and aftercare so you can enjoy your precious jewelry with peace of mind for a lifetime.

If you require after-sales service, please bring the jewelry itself to us as is.

The service typically takes about three weeks, and all work is handled by our in-house artisans.

Depending on the type of repair, a quote will be provided, and charges may apply.

Over time, oils and dust can dull your jewelry’s sparkle. Bring it to our store, and in about 10 minutes, we’ll restore its brilliance and return it to you immediately.
