Budget and Payment
In the past, engagement rings had a strong value in terms of property, and we often heard people talk about "the equivalent of X months' monthly salary," but these days, we often have our rings made in a variety of styles to suit our customers' values and requests. The average budget for an engagement ring made at our store is between 300,000 yen and 500,000 yen.
Because our custom-made engagement rings are made to order, in the true sense of the word, we make them exactly as you want them, including your budget, so they are not more expensive than ready-made or brand-name jewelry from specialty stores.
Please feel free to let us know your budget and we will be happy to work with you to create a unique and beautiful engagement ring.
For a select order wedding band, the price for a K18YG ring is 92,400 yen (tax included) and up.
Although it varies depending on the material, our average budget is about 90,000-150,000 yen per ring, or 180,000-300,000 yen for a pair.
A deposit of at least 50,000 yen is required at the time of design decision, and the remaining full amount is due at the time of delivery after completion of the product.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the store. It is also possible to make payment by bank transfer prior to delivery of the product. If you order from a distance, online payment is available.
In general, we will provide you with an estimate at the time we receive your item.
If the repair requires confirmation from a craftsman or special materials need to be ordered, we may first take in the item and provide the estimate at a later date.
Repairs will only proceed once you have approved the cost, so please rest assured.

Materials
Absolutely. Many couples opt for matching designs in different metals—such as rose gold for the bride and white gold for the groom.
While white gold is typically rhodium-plated to enhance its brightness, our atelier uses a custom alloy that naturally achieves a soft white hue without the need for plating. This gives the metal a warmer, more subdued tone compared to platinum.
Of course, rhodium plating is also available upon request—simply let us know your preference.
Champagne gold is a soft, gentle shade that sits between white gold and yellow gold. It has a subtle yellow tone and is popular for its elegant and understated look—perfect for those who find yellow gold a bit too bold.
Lime gold, on the other hand, has a cool, slightly greenish-yellow hue. It offers a modern and distinctive impression, making it a great choice for those who prefer a stylish and unique aesthetic.
We offer custom-made pieces using platinum, K18 gold (available in yellow, rose, white, champagne, and lime), and silver.
As a metal, platinum is characterized by its extremely high melting point and viscosity compared to white gold. Platinum is a more tenacious metal and is therefore better suited than white gold, especially for the delicate thin nails used to set diamonds.
However, the strength of the ring as a whole is not a problem for either platinum or white gold.
As for color, solid white gold is slightly darker and softer white than platinum. Normally it is rhodium-plated to make it white, but we make our base metal to develop a white color with a unique formula without coating.
We do not offer services that involve melting down your existing jewelry to create a new piece. However, if you are having a ring redesigned or remodeled, we can take back the original metal if you wish—please feel free to consult us for details.
Diamonds and Gemstones
The price of a diamond varies depending on its size and grade. Generally, people tend to choose diamonds in the 0.2 to 0.5 carat range. While the price can vary depending on the diamond’s grade, a 0.2ct diamond typically costs around ¥100,000, and a 0.3ct diamond around ¥250,000.
Even with the same budget, we can help you decide whether to prioritize size or quality, depending on your preferences. We’ll guide you through the process to help you find the diamond that’s right for you.

Yes, absolutely—you’re welcome to bring in your own diamond. There’s no additional fee for this service.
If you have a grading certificate, please bring it along as well.
We can also help with identifying your diamond and issuing a new certificate if needed. Feel free to reach out to us anytime with questions.
Yes, absolutely. There’s no additional fee for this service.
Yes, absolutely—we can create a custom engagement ring using the diamond from your mother’s ring. More and more people are choosing to repurpose family heirlooms to add meaningful history to their own rings. In Europe, where jewelry traditions are especially rich, it’s common for engagement rings to be passed down through generations.
If you wish, we can also take in the metal from the original ring and deduct its value from the cost of the new piece.
All graded diamonds purchased from our store come with a complimentary certificate. We use Japan’s two leading gemological laboratories: the Central Gem Laboratory (CGL) or AGT Gem Laboratory (GIA Japan).
Yes, absolutely—that’s possible. We can help you find a loose stone that fits both your preferences and your budget. We also have a selection of loose stones available in-store, personally sourced by our founder from overseas. Please feel free to ask our staff anytime.
Yes, we do. If you're unsure about the type of gemstone you have, we can have it identified by a certified gemological laboratory before any work is done. We can also arrange for a certificate to be issued. For more details, please feel free to speak with our staff.
Design
About half of our customers who have engagement rings made at our store are men who come alone. Even if you do not have a clear design in mind, our experienced staff will be happy to discuss it with you. We would like you to visit our store first to see the samples in the store.
The biggest problem with making a surprise engagement ring is how to measure the ring size, but everyone has their own ideas, and we can help you in many ways if you consult with us as well.

While many couples choose matching designs for their wedding rings, it’s quite common for partners to select different styles—especially if one design doesn’t suit one person’s preferences or lifestyle, such as needing a simpler ring for work.
At our store, we can also customize the rings to better fit each individual. For example, one ring can be made wider or thicker for a more substantial look. Even with the same basic design, we can enhance one ring with more intricate details, different metals, or the addition of gemstones.
Please feel free to share any requests or ideas you have—we’re happy to help create rings that perfectly suit both of you.
Unlike typical jewelry retailers, our store specializes exclusively in custom-made jewelry. We create pieces tailored specifically to your preferences and budget.
Even if you’re unsure about your style or don’t know what kind of jewelry suits you, we welcome that as part of your request. By learning about your personal style, age, lifestyle, and how you plan to wear the jewelry, we’ll work together to design something uniquely yours.
Please feel free to visit us and share not only your requests but also any concerns or questions you have about jewelry. Our staff is here to help.

If you live far away from us, or if it is difficult for you to visit our store, we also offer repair services by mail.
After you contact us using the inquiry form, please send the product to the designated address by courier or registered mail.
Please note that shipping costs to our store are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot be held liable for any issues that may occur during shipping, such as loss or damage. If you would like your repaired item returned by courier, we can arrange this for an additional shipping fee.
Learn more about our repair services here.
We offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your repaired item. If the same area requires repair again during this period, we will fix it free of charge.
Please note that certain chain types—such as Venetian, ball, or rope chains—are more prone to stress after repair due to their structure. To help prevent further damage, we recommend removing the necklace when sleeping or during activities that may place strain on it.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to perform repairs that require welding or polishing on titanium or stainless steel. These metals have significantly different melting points and hardness compared to precious metals, which makes such repairs difficult to carry out safely.
Although the atelier takes the utmost care in repairing and processing, there is still a possibility that your item may be damaged due to the work involved, which is ineffective.
Also, for soft stones such as emeralds and opals, there is a possibility that the stone itself may be damaged even with normal work depending on the condition of the stone.
In such cases, we are sorry to say that we are unable to offer warranty or reimbursement. Please be aware of the above points when you leave your item for repair.
Care and Maintenance
Diamonds never lose their luster, as the saying goes, "Diamonds are eternally brilliant. However, because of its oil-sensitive nature, the diamond may lose its luster due to the accumulation of sebum and other dirt as it is worn over time. If this happens, cleaning can restore the shine.
If you wish to do this at home, lightly brush the jewel with lukewarm water and diluted neutral detergent, rinse well under running water, and then pat dry with a soft dry cloth.
If you have time, please feel free to bring it to our store and let us know, as we are always happy to offer in-store cleaning services free of charge.

Pearls are very delicate gemstones. Because they are naturally organic, they do not like to dry out and are sensitive to acids and cosmetics. When worn on a hot day, for example, it is best to use a special pearl polishing cloth to remove sweat and dust to preserve its beauty. A soft towel can also be used. Wipe the necklace by sliding the cloth over it, avoiding pulling on the threads. In addition, wipe the metal clasp (clasp) together. Many clasps are made of silver, and if left unattended, they may oxidize due to perspiration or other factors.
Even if they are heavily soiled, pearls should not be washed in tap water.
If you are concerned about stains, you can bring your necklace to our store and we can clean it, although you will need to change the threads.
If the necklace has not been used for a while, we recommend that you change the silk threads, as they may be damaged. Also, if there is a gap between the pearls and the thread is visible, it is an indication that the thread is stretched.

The method of care depends on the base metal and stones used. Please handle your jewelry gently so as not to damage it.
[Care for platinum and K18 materials]
Use lukewarm water and scrub gently with a toothbrush to remove dirt. After washing under running water, wipe dry well. If deep scratches or deformation is noticeable, please bring it to our store.
[Care of silver material]
Use lukewarm water and scrub lightly with a toothbrush to remove dirt. After washing under running water, wipe well. If the surface becomes darkened, wipe lightly with a polishing cloth specially designed for silver to remove it. Also, be sure to remove the product from hot springs, as it may discolor. If it becomes discolored, please bring it to our store.
[Care of diamonds, rubies, and sapphires]
Use lukewarm water and scrub lightly with a toothbrush to remove dirt. After washing, wipe well with water. Although the stone is relatively resistant to water and heat, please be careful not to give it a strong shock.
[Care for emeralds, moonstones, and other semi-precious stones]
Use lukewarm water and scrub lightly with a toothbrush to remove dirt. After washing, wipe well with water. The stone is soft. Do not subject it to an ultrasonic cleaner as it may cause cracking or chipping. In particular, please be careful not to give it a strong shock.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed, nor do we accept returns after delivery, except in the case of defects or errors. We appreciate your understanding.
