About Tax-Free We have compiled information about tax-free conditions for U.S. military SOFA personnel and Japanese residents abroad, as well as important notes about the new tax-free system (refund method) that will transition from November 2026.
Delivery & Short-term Return Visits We offer an expedited plan (Swift Tanzo) that can accommodate even short stays of just one week, as well as information about our in-store inventory.
Overseas Shipping and Customs We explain how to estimate shipping costs when delivering via FedEx for customers who cannot come to Japan, as well as information about local customs duties.
Repair & Remake In addition to mail-in repairs from overseas, we also provide information about express repairs (fastest 1-week turnaround) for cases such as when jewelry purchased at another store breaks during a trip to Japan. You can also confirm information about maintenance coordination with our sister stores "Fujimori Kajita" in Singapore and Taiwan.
Payment & Consultation We provide information about design consultations via remote video calls (Google Meet), as well as payment methods including credit cards (Square payment) and international transfers.
